Pick-up is from is arranged from your hotel in Edinburgh. If needed pick-up can be arranged from Glasgow, Stirling, or accommodation within an hour of Edinburgh. Drop-off is flexible too.

Private tours in peak months (May–September) can book out quickly, so earlier is better. For off-season dates, flexible bookings are usually easier.

For multi-day tours, yes I’ll organise the accommodation for you. I always choose places that suit your needs, whether you’d prefer cosy B&Bs, family-friendly hotels, boutique stays, or something a bit more luxurious. You can let me know your preferences and budget, and I’ll sort the rest.

Typically: accommodation with breakfast, guiding, transport including ferries, fuel, planning time, and all parking fees. Entry tickets, meals are usually extra and paid directly to venues.

Yes — Edinburgh Airport, Glasgow Airport, and all major cruise ports including Leith & South Queensferry

A comfortable and modern Renault Trafic 9 Seater, suitable for Scottish roads. Plenty of space for luggage and camera gear. 

Private tours can be anything from a 2 hour wander around Edinburgh to a 10 multi-day adventure across the Highlands and islands. You set the time limit, and we build the day around what you want to see.

Yes, but with Scottish winters safety comes first. Some remote roads or mountain areas may close due to weather, so itineraries may need to adapt.
